Spherion - Up to $60000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Supervise, coach, and mentor assembly staff to meet productivity goals;
Workflow Management:
Schedule daily operations and coordinate with CNC and Shipping departments to eliminate bottlenecks;
Personnel Management:
Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations in partnership with HR;
Operational Safety:
Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant workspace and champion a 'safety-first' culture;
Technical Oversight:
Oversee the operation and maintenance of engraving equipment, including staff training on file programming
