QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be UWS student in good academic standing

• Experience with handling money

• Ability to multitask and solve problems independently

• Experience with detail-oriented tasks

• Customer service experience

• Residence hall knowledge preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• CUSTOMER SERVICE

• BUILDING OPERATIONS

• • Follow emergency procedures in absence of professional staff such as building evacuations, severe weather, or medical emergencies.

• Setup room and technology needs for all building events and meetings.

• Assist building users with event and technology needs.

• Assist custodial staff with event setups and maintaining a clean facility.

• Enforce all facility policies and respond to incidents.

• DESK OPERATIONS

• COMMUNICATION

• Notify appropriate authorities and full-time staff of all incidents and emergencies; complete all necessary documentation for records.

• Establish positive and open lines of communication with fellow staff members and supervisors.

• Maintain strict confidentiality in working with student data.
