Plant Laborers – Hands-On Industrial Role – Superior, WI
Graymont is hiring Plant Labourers in Superior, WI to support operations at its lime production facility. This full-time union position is ideal for candidates with strong safety awareness, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to work in physically demanding environments.

- Clean plant work areas, sweep, shovel, and remove ash ring buildup
- Operate stone conveying and material handling systems
- Operate forklift, skid steer, and front-end loader
- Load customer trucks and rail cars using computerized systems
- Perform product quality testing and sample collection
- Support plant operations and maintenance teams
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of industrial experience preferred
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and work at heights up to 125 ft
- Strong computer literacy for inputting maintenance requests and scale operation
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and safety focus
