As a Welder/Fabricator at Lake Assault Boats, you'll play a pivotal role in manufacturing aluminum boats tailored to our diverse clientele. Your expertise will be essential as you analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to meticulously plan layout and assembly operations.

• Utilize MIG and TIG welding skills to produce high‑quality welds in various positions, ensuring every component meets regulatory specifications and safety standards.
• Operate safety equipment and a variety of power‑assisted tools.
• Assist in the preparation, loading, and unloading of high‑speed watercraft, adapting to variable weather conditions.

• Robust skill set in welding, fabrication, and fitting.
• Knowledge and expertise in aluminum welding and familiarity with standard build practices in manufacturing environments.

• Preferable Weld Certificate or technical education.
• Must pass a qualification test.

• Grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, crawling, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, hearing ability, visual acuity.
• Work in tight spaces using manufacturing equipment in areas that may be not environmentally controlled.
• Move, lift, pull, push up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate high‑speed watercraft in variable weather conditions.
