COMPENSATION:
Up to $27.00/Hour Starting Rate (commensurate with technical coating experience) + Shift Differential (+$2.00/hr for 3rd shift) + Overtime Eligibility
SCHEDULE:
1st Shift (Flexible 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, or 8:00 AM starts) | 2nd & 3rd Shift options available
EXPERIENCE:
1+ years of liquid spray painting experience (industrial machinery, heavy equipment, or auto body paint background)
COATING MASTERY:
Proficiency in surface prep, measuring mixing ratios/catalysts, wet spray gun application, and graphic decal detailing
REQUIREMENTS: US Citizen or Green Card holder; ability to pass standard medical clearance for respirator wear and comfortable using/learning overhead cranes/forklifts

Key Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces meticulously by sanding, masking, and cleaning large steel weldments and equipment components.
- Mix coatings and primers accurately, ensuring long-term corrosion protection and flawless finishes.
- Apply coatings with precision using spray equipment, achieving smooth, durable results.
- Detail final products with vinyl branding decals and graphics.
- Operate cranes and forklifts safely to handle steel structures within paint booths.
- Maintain paint booth equipment and execute routine maintenance.
- 1+ years of liquid spray experience in heavy equipment or industrial settings.
- Attention to detail and understanding of surface prep techniques.
- Ability to wear a respirator, operate cranes, and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Experience with forklifts and commitment to reliable work performance.
- Living within the Greater Duluth, MN / Superior, WI area.
