Job Description
Responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the mission and goals of Essentia Health and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.
Education Qualifications- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
- 64 hours per pay period
- Every other weekend
- Rotating 8‑hour shifts
- Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Qualified candidates may be eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $7,500 (ADN) and up to $10,000 (BSN).
Licensure / Certification Qualifications- Current nursing licensure in the state(s) of employment
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month
