As our director of nursing, you will be mentored by our Vice President of Clinical Services and supported by our nurse leadership team, while you direct the clinical services and programs for our 118 bed skilled nursing facility. Specific duties include:

  • working collaboratively to lead all clinical services for the facility
  • developing and implementing nursing practices to ensure high quality care
  • overseeing regulatory compliance, including
    • patient care and resident rights
    • nursing practices
    • staffing and employee development
    • budget

Schedule Details:

  • full-time, days

Required Qualifications:

  • current Wisconsin licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility
  • knowledge of State and Federal regulations
