Hours:

Full Time

Days:
Sunday through Saturday, 8 hour shifts. Overnights:
Sunday through Saturday, 12 hour shifts.

Client Specifics:
Infant with trach, ventilator, and G-tube. Female HCNs only.

Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $4,000 for full-time nights.

You choose the shift. We add the boost:

• Weekday Nights (Mon‑Fri): 1 hour
• Weekend Nights (Sat‑Sun): 2 hours
• Weekend Days (Sat‑Sun): 1 hour

We offer specialized, hands‑on training in ventilator, trach, and G-tube care. No experience is required to get started. With 24/7 support from our dedicated team, you’ll never feel alone. Pediatric experience is a plus but a willingness to learn will make you fit right in.

Base hourly rate for LPN: $2,500 to $3,100. Base hourly rate for RN: $3,500 to $4,100. Rates are based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.

As an RN or LPN, you will provide direct patient care, manage medical equipment, and support families in delivering personalized, compassionate care for medically complex children.
