What You'll Do- Deliver patient-focused nursing care in a secure correctional setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently
- Assess patient conditions and respond appropriately to medical needs
- Collaborate with providers and on-site medical staff
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation
- Help promote a calm, professional, and respectful care environment
- Active Wisconsin LPN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and confidently
- Correctional or emergency nursing experience is helpful, but not required
