CMA or LPN

Essentia Health seeks a compassionate CMA or LPN to deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under provider guidance, including vital signs, injections, and point-of-care testing
• Prepare patients for exams and procedures, ensuring comfort and clear communication
• Administer medications and document care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Support providers during exams, minor procedures, and treatments
• Coordinate patient flow, scheduling, and follow-up appointments
• Perform basic lab work, specimen collection, and CLIA-waived testing per protocol
• Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and self-care instructions
• Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies to infection-control standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic, patient-centered care
• Participate in quality improvement, continuing education, and compliance with regulatory standards
