Key Accountabilities

  • Serve as subject‑matter expert for various laboratory tasks.
  • Lead training sessions for personnel to complete tasks related to the Quality Team and Lab Functions.
  • Manage laboratory waste with third‑party vendors.
  • Oversee laboratory inventory management.
  • Schedule and manage testing activities: TMYM & OVI testing, stability testing, calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment.
  • Maintain laboratory cleaning schedules.
  • Execute ICHQ3D testing and LIMs.
  • Act as subject‑matter expert for the production batch release process.
  • Update and maintain SOPs.
  • Assist with internal GMP audits.
  • Assist with work order, CCP, OPRP PCQI review and sign‑off.
  • Assist with QA‑related training for the facility.
  • Back‑up and assist with laboratory tasks.
  • Provide administrative support in reviewing and monitoring QSHE plans, objectives, and targets.
  • Support the monitoring of QSHE culture.
  • Assist in compliance reviews, risk assessments, and safety assessments related to health, safety and environmental management.
  • Maintain proactive relations with managers, employees, customers and regulatory agencies.
  • Perform additional work‑related tasks as required.
  • Provide quality support: reporting, data collection, objective monitoring, and facilitation of information sharing across sites.
  • Administer management system documents.
  • Assist with audits, inspections, customer complaint investigations and related activities.
  • Produce and manage product information, SDS, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with QSHE policies and awareness of relevant legal or emergency requirements.
Qualifications
  • Excellent command of both local language and English (written and oral) required.
  • Good command of an additional language is beneficial.
  • High level of integrity, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to write clear and concise documentation.
  • Good analytical skills.
Education & Experience
  • High school, vocational or associate’s degree in occupational health & safety or related field.
  • Lab experience in a food or pharmaceutical environment preferred; lab experience with strong GLP requirements acceptable, with equivalent education, experience or training.
