Job Overview
General merchandise associate duties: greet customers, offer assistance, recommend merchandise. Maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
CompensationHourly Wage: $16 - $29 per hour (actual rate may equal or exceed the required minimum wage at the location).
Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives, additional premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.
