Mobile Associates, Store‑in‑Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, where active customer engagement is crucial for success. Mobile Associates excel at building and deepening relationships with customers through meaningful interactions. They identify customer needs, educate and demonstrate T‑Mobile solutions, and recommend products to enhance the customer experience. They exceed performance targets by excelling in sales, providing exceptional customer experiences, and meeting quality‑of‑sale metrics.
- Proactively engage a broad range of customers in a highly‑traffic retail environment, using digital tools, communicating effectively, and showcasing the value of T‑Mobile solutions.
- Leverage digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding, identify customer needs, and apply solution‑based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T‑Mobile products and services.
- Complete training on the in‑store experience, new skills, products, and processes; review personal results, current promotions, and Hub updates to remain customer‑ready at all times. Continuously learn and improve to provide the best possible customer experience.
- Perform price overrides for specialty offers specific to National Retail; proactively reach out to potential customers, drive sales activity, and follow up to capture referrals and build relationships.
- Coordinate with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer journey from account set‑up to device support and account servicing.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Hourly Base Pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. After training, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
Eligible employees receive an Annual Stock Grant.
