About the Organization:
Embark is a non‑profit organization dedicated to helping each person we serve with meaningful employment as well as supporting the individual's growth and development. A recent merger with Twin Ports Guardianship and Payee Services has strengthened the organization's ability to support the financial well‑being of our clients through different stages of life.

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated people to serve as substitute Job Coaches to support adults with employment barriers in achieving success in their workplaces and community‑based employment settings. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusion and empowerment and has hands‑on experience in the disability field. It is variable time commitment based on the needs of the organization and will be on call.

• Provide on‑site job coaching and support to individuals with barriers in various employment settings
• Assist with job skill development, workplace communication, and problem‑solving
• Collaborate with employers to ensure a supportive and inclusive work environment
• Monitor progress and adapt coaching strategies to meet individual needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate regularly with the support team

Full‑Time/Part‑Time On‑Call

Pay Range $14
