Human Services Professional - Specialized

Role Overview: A Human Services Professional - Specialized provides skill-building, psychoeducation, and supportive services to individuals and families in their homes, schools, and communities. Working under supervision, you will help clients enhance independence, develop coping skills, and reach their goals.

• Deliver individual and family psychoeducation and skill development
• Support clients with daily living, parenting, social, employment, and community engagement
• Collaborate with clients, families, treatment teams, and community partners
• Utilize evidence-based practices to promote positive outcomes
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Participate in supervision, recovery teams, and professional development
• Provide flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Sociology)
• Experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care
