The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and finished goods throughout the facility. This role supports both Shipping and Raw Material Warehouse operations and plays a key part in maintaining efficient, safe, and organized warehouse functions.

• Load and unload trucks for both Shipping and Raw Material Warehouses.
• Pick, build, and stage customer and internal orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare skids and pallets for freight pickup, including banding, shrink‑wrapping, labeling, and pallet marking.
• Maintain organized, clearly labeled, and well‑stocked warehouse and product storage areas.
• Support shipping operations by organizing supplies and assisting with order flow.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to answer shipping‑related questions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly shipping and warehouse environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
• Follow established procedures and work instructions in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven, and physically demanding environment.
• Assist with general warehouse organization, inventory movement, and material handling.
• Ensure warehouse areas and materials are secure at all times.
• Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and bending for extended periods.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) months of related warehouse, shipping, or material‑handling experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
