Warehouse Associate

Join our client's team as a Warehouse Associate for a fast-paced, temporary distribution role in Superior, WI. We are looking for reliable individuals to help manage order fulfillment and maintain high-quality service in a high-energy environment. This assignment is expected to last around 6-12 weeks.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM.

• Order Picking:
  Accurately pull customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
• Verification:
  Check item numbers, quantities, and lot codes to ensure order accuracy.
• Packing:
  Securely pack items to prevent damage and prepare them for carrier pickup.
• Inventory Flow:
  Assist with stocking and organizing items using FIFO (first in, first out) rotation.
• Safety:
  Maintain a clean workspace and follow all safety guidelines and lifting techniques.

• Basic understanding of inventory control or batch/lot tracking.
• Capability to stand/walk for long periods and lift 30-70 lbs.
• Strong focus on accuracy while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Communication:
  Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate with supervisors.
• 6–12 months of warehouse experience.
• Familiarity with RF scanners or WMS/ERP systems.
