Position: Forklift / Warehouse Associate - Superior, Second Shift

AMSOIL INC. is hiring a second shift Forklift/Warehouse Associate at our AMSOIL Center in Superior, WI. We’re looking for a dependable, energetic Forklift/Warehouse Associate who takes pride in safety, accuracy, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Forklift/Warehouse Associate
, you will help support our second‑shift operation, which was implemented to accommodate company growth and meet increasing customer demand.

In this role, you will work to keep warehouse processes efficient by ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Responsibilities include preparing and loading shipments, as well as organizing, rotating, and maintaining product within the warehouse to ensure smooth workflow and operational continuity across shifts.

Scheduled hours: Monday
- Friday 2:30pm - 10:30pm

What you will own
  • Ownership of the preparation and shipping of customer orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on‑time fulfillment.
  • Operation of a forklift to load trailers and containers with completed shipments, maintaining efficiency and safety throughout the loading process.
  • Use of a forklift to unload incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders and receiving documentation.
  • Responsibility for product rotation using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) process to ensure inventory freshness and proper stock management.
  • Support of inventory integrity through assistance with cycle counts and quality control inspections.
  • Safe and effective operation of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, drum handlers, pallet wrappers, and pallet inverters, following all safety protocols and procedures.
What you bring
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior warehouse and forklift experience, preferably in a high‑volume warehouse.
  • Ability and readiness to continue learning and developing skills on the job.
  • Basic computer skills to support daily warehouse operations.
  • Experience using RF scanners or similar barcode scanning systems for accurate tracking and inventory management.
  • Capability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment with heavy forklift traffic and noise.
  • Strong multitasking skills to stay organized and efficient in a dynamic work setting.
  • Clear and effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and supervisors.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all tasks.
  • Experience supporting supply chain activities, including material organization and inventory replenishment preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the US.

Pay Rate: $24.25 total hourly rate

Additional earning opportunities may include:
