The Warehouse Laborer plays a key role in supporting the movement, organization, and inventory of heavy‑duty components used in construction and industrial equipment. The role involves loading and unloading shipments, staging materials for production, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean, safe, and well‑organized. Physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment safely are required.

A strong work ethic, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety are essential for success in this role.

• Responsible for loading/unloading trucks
• Responsible for putting shipments in stock locations
• Picking and packaging customer orders
• Delivery of components/kits to production floor
• Completion and accuracy of inventory movement paperwork
• Responsible for cleanliness of warehouse area
• Other duties as assigned

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Basic computer skills required

• Production warehouse experience
• Forklift and overhead crane certification
• Understanding of inventory movement and control process and principles
• Ability to drive truck with trailer, non‑DOT
• Good organizational skills
