Warehouse Worker

Are you looking for a physically engaging role where your hard work directly impacts local deliveries? We are seeking a motivated, reliable Warehouse Worker to join a fast-paced distribution team in Superior, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately building outgoing loads and preparing them for delivery. This is slated to last up to a month.

Schedule:

Part-Time | 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Great for a mid-day shift!)

• Accurately pick and product orders by matching numbers and product descriptions using a voice‑audio headset.
• Place products in a defined stacking pattern onto pallets to ensure secure transport.
• Repetitively hand‑stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds from the floor to overhead positions throughout the shift.
• Hand‑shrink‑wrap completed customer orders, apply labels, and move orders to the loading dock staging area.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, including electronic pallet jacks to move products.
• Report any product discrepancies, wrong store numbers, damaged inventory, or equipment issues to supervisors immediately.
• Help maintain a safe, clean work environment by adhering to safety procedures and assisting with general warehouse housekeeping.

• Proven ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout a 5‑hour shift (floor to overhead).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately match numbers and product descriptions.
• Comfort using or learning voice‑picking technology (audio headsets).
• Commitment to a safe work environment and adherence to all warehouse safety protocols.
• Prior experience operating an electronic pallet jack.
• Previous background in beverage distribution or fast‑paced grocery warehousing.
