Shipping & Warehouse Specialist

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8AM - 4:30PM

• As a key player in the shipping department, you'll ensure every order leaves our warehouse accurately and on time. Your day‑to‑day will include:
• Order Fulfillment:
  Packing, labeling, and palletizing goods for a variety of transport methods, from small packages to large freight (LTL).
• Logistics & Tech:
  Using shipping software to generate domestic and international documentation.
• Inventory Integrity:
  Keeping stock organized by performing cycle counts and participating in annual physical inventory.
• Operations:
  Safely operating a forklift and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaboration:
  
  Working closely with production teams to solve problems and meet tight shipping deadlines.

• Reliability: A high school diploma (or equivalent) and a strong work ethic.
• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to stay on your feet for long shifts and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to Detail:
  You are someone who double‑checks labels and ensures every pallet is secure and compliant with customer requirements.
• Communication:
  Clear written and verbal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external carriers.
• Tech Savvy:
  Comfortable using computers for data entry and documentation.
• Previous forklift operation experience is required.
• At least one year of previous shipping/warehouse experience.
• Prior experience with Fed Ex Ship Manager or UPS World Ship.
