About the role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Admin to join our dynamic team at PT Heksagon Tiwikrama in Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo East Java. As a full-time Sales Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless customer service.
What you'll be doing- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer orders, invoices, and payments
- Liaise with customers to address inquiries, process orders, and provide updates on order status
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administrative role, preferably in the client & sales administration industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Fluent in English, having excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attitude, attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
