Admin Marketplace
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di posisi serupa (Admin Marketplace).
- Terbiasa menggunakan dashboard marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, dsb).
- Mampu mengoperasikan Excel atau Google Sheets.
- Komunikatif, teliti, dan bertanggung jawab.
- Siap bekerja dengan target dan dalam tekanan.
- Terbiasa menggunakan Big Seller.
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1.
- Dapat segera bergabung.
- Mengelola marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, dll).
- Menginput, update, dan mengatur stok produk.
- Memproses pesanan harian secara tepat waktu dan akurat.
- Membalas chat dan pertanyaan dari pelanggan.
- Menangani retur, komplain, dan kendala order.
- Membuat laporan penjualan dan stok secara berkala.
- Koordinasi dengan tim operasional & gudang.
