Responsibilities
- Assist the Director/Operations Manager in managing the company’s daily operational activities.
- Schedule meetings, work agendas, and business trips for management.
- Prepare operational reports, meeting minutes, and work evaluation summaries.
- Manage important company documents and operational administration.
- Follow up on management instructions with the relevant teams.
- Assist in analyzing operational data for evaluation and decision‑making purposes.
- Oversee operational activities to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Handle administrative tasks and management correspondence.
- Maintain professionalism in both internal and external communications.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Secretary, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience as an Executive / Personal Assistant, Secretary, HRGA Supervisor, or in a related role.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Data analytics, and Power BI.
- Strong administrative and time‑management skills.
- Detail‑oriented, disciplined, able to multitask, and capable of working under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Professional appearance with excellent work ethics.
- Ability to maintain company confidentiality.
- Willing to stay in Gresik, East Java.
