Personal Assistant to Director

Assist the Director in all areas of the business and personal matters

Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments

Make travel arrangements if needed

Qualifications :

Bachelor degree from any major, with minimum GPA 3.00

Have driving license

English is a must

Mandarin speaking willbeanadvantage

Good communication skill and multi-tasking

Flexible with working time

Experience minimum for 2 years as Secretary / Personal Assistant is a major plus
