Receptionist, Administrative​/Clerical

Welcome and greet visitors, guests, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.

Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person.

Receive, record, and distribute incoming letters, documents, and packages.

Manage visitor registration and coordinate scheduled appointments.

Provide general administrative and front office support.

Coordinate with relevant departments regarding visitor arrivals and requests.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as required.
