Triv is one of the largest and oldest cryptocurrency exchanges in Indonesia, established in 2015.

We're looking for a disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented HRGA Admin to join our Surabaya office. In this role, you'll support General Affairs and daily office operations
, manage overtime reports
, and assist with the preparation of KPI reports and other HRGA administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Handle General Affairs and office operations, including office facilities, supplies, and day-to-day operational needs.

Prepare and manage overtime reports accurately and on a timely basis.

Assist in preparing and compiling KPI reports and employee performance data.

Maintain accurate HRGA administrative records and documentation.

Support other HRGA administrative tasks as needed.

Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in HRGA, General Affairs, or administration.

Disciplined, organized, neat, and diligent in handling daily tasks.

Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsible and able to work independently or as part of a team.
