About the RoleWe are looking for a driven professional to develop and manage relationships with clients and intermediaries, grow our portfolio, and support distribution channels to achieve profitability targets. This is a high‑paced business environment where you will advise SMEs and multinationals on credit management solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop business relationships with a variety of clients and intermediaries, including brokers, agents and partners.
- Provide customer service and support.
- Grow the client portfolio.
- Work independently as well as in a team.
- Maintain general awareness of cultural sensitivity.
- Establish and negotiate terms to ensure profitability.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in sales or business development; background in financial services is an advantage.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral communication.
- Team player with a willingness to help others get the job done.
