Job Description
The Marketing & Business Development Assistant Supervisor is responsible for supporting and executing marketing and business development activities for the industrial estate on an operational and tactical level. This role focuses on tenant and investor acquisition, business relationship management, market opportunity analysis, and the implementation of marketing strategies to support occupancy rates and revenue growth of the industrial estate.
Key Responsibilities:Implement industrial estate marketing strategies in line with management direction and company objectives.Conduct tenant and investor acquisition activities, both domestic and international.Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with prospective tenants, existing tenants, investors, and business partners.Prepare and deliver professional marketing proposals and presentations for industrial estate offerings.Perform market analysis, monitor industry trends, and assess investor needs to identify new business and investment opportunities.Coordinate promotional activities, exhibitions, business matching events, and investor visits.Collaborate with internal teams to support periodic sales target achievement and sales processes.Monitor, analyze, and report marketing performance, sales pipeline progress, and target achievement on a regular basis.Assist in preparing cooperation agreements, Memorandums of Understanding (MoU), and other supporting business documents.Ensure all marketing and business development activities comply with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.Job RequirementsEducation:- Bachelors Degree (S1) in Management, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Work Experience:- Minimum 5 years of experience (preferred) in development, investment, marketing, or related business fields.

- Proficient in English and Mandarin (additional languages are an advantage).
Competencies &
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of the property industry, industrial estate sector, foreign direct investment (FDI), business regulations, and international trade.Strong teamwork capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English or Mandarin; proficiency in other foreign languages is a plus.Experience in handling corporate clients, investors, or B2B transactions is highly desirable.Strong ability to prepare business proposals and deliver professional presentations.Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.Basic understanding of business licensing and investment regulations is an added value.Willing to work in Surabaya.#J-18808-Ljbffr
