Position: Human Capital – Executive Assistant Director (Management Track)

Intan Chemical Group (ICG) is a fast-growing company in the chemical, flavor, and fragrance industry, currently expanding both domestically and internationally. We are looking for high-potential individuals to join our Human Capital - Executive Assistant Director (Management Track) program.

This role is designed for candidates with strong leadership potential who are ready to grow together with the company. Selected candidates will gain exposure across multiple functions, including plant operations, management, sourcing, business development, sales & marketing, and corporate operations
.

It is a strategic talent pipeline position aimed at developing future leaders within Intan Chemical Group.

Key Objectives
  • Identify and develop high-potential talent for future leadership roles.
  • Support cross-functional projects across major business divisions.
  • Assist directors and senior management in executing key initiatives.
  • Gain hands‑on exposure to different business units, including operations and sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist directors in daily management, strategic, and operational matters.
  • Support special projects across departments such as plant, sourcing, operations, sales, and business development.
  • Conduct business analysis, prepare reports, and coordinate internal initiatives.
  • Work closely with different teams to understand end-to-end business processes.
  • Participate in leadership development and rotational assignments.
  • Support management-level decision-making with data, insights, and coordination.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university (any relevant major).
  • 2–6 years of experience in management, operations, sourcing, business, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates with outstanding academic or leadership records are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • High initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn across functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English;
    Mandarin is a plus.
