Executive Assistant Director (Strategic Sourcing & Development)

Role Overview
:
We are seeking a high-potential individual to join us as a key strategic asset ("Human Capital"). Your primary mission will be leading Strategic Sourcing & Procurement for our regional expansion (Indonesia & Malaysia), but you must be agile enough to be developed into a broader leadership role across various business functions.

• Strategic Procurement:
  Handle the full cycle of sourcing, price comparison, negotiation, and vendor management for factory setup and operational needs.
• Regional Expansion Support:
  Identify and secure contractors, suppliers, and partners for our Malaysia facility.
• Agile Business Support:
  Assist Top Management in high-level decision-making and be ready to execute special projects outside of procurement as required.
• Cost & Quality Control:
  Ensure all external spending is optimized without compromising quality or timelines.
• Project Coordination:
  Ensure smooth execution of sourcing outcomes into real-world implementation (Logistics, Licensing, Setup).

• Bachelor’s degree in Any Major.
• 3–5 years of experience, preferably with exposure to Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain.
• Strong Negotiation
  
  Skills:
  
  Proven ability to deal with vendors and secure the best terms.
• High Adaptability:
  Willing to handle diverse responsibilities beyond sourcing (General Affairs, Ops, BD) as the company grows.
• Target-driven, logical, and mobile (willing to travel/assist in Malaysia).
