Sales Printing Manager

Leads and motivates the sales team to achieve revenue goals by developing strategies, setting targets, recruiting/training staff, monitoring performance via KPI (like pipeline, forecast accuracy), analysing data and collaborating with other departments (Supply Chain, Accounts, HR & Admin and Warehouse) to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

• Team Leadership:
  Collaborate with HR & Admin to recruit and hire sales team members. Train, mentor and manage sales team members. Conduct one-on-ones and performance reviews.
• Strategy & Planning:
  Develop sales plan, strategies and processes. Set sales goals, territories and quotas based on the target set by the HOS.
• Performance Management:
  Monitor KPIs, track CRM data, ensure forecast accuracy and coach the team to hit the targets.
• Reporting:
  Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership (HOS).
• Collaboration:
  
  Work with Supply Chain, Accounts, HR & Admin and Warehouse teams to align efforts and provide feedback.
• Customer Relations:
  Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

• Education:
  
  Minimum bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Management or other related fields.
• Working
  
  Experience:
  
  A minimum of 10 years in the related field.

  Negotiation and Closing skills, Objection Handling, Relationship Building, Product Knowledge, Prospecting Potential Customer.

  Strong Leadership, Organizational Skills, Problem Solving & Analytical, Able to drive by car, Willing to do business travels, Strong communication and inter-personal skills, People’s management skills, Conversational in both Bahasa and English, Conversational in Mandarin is a plus.
