As a Consulting Partner based in Indonesia, you will work with LSF Global on a project basis to support training delivery, content development, and facilitation. This is a flexible consulting role—not a full‑time or exclusive commitment—best suited for experienced facilitators or learning professionals looking to collaborate on high‑impact client projects as and when they arise.

• Collaborate with LSF Global to deliver client‑specific training across leadership, communication, management, and future‑skills topics
• Support needs assessment and adapt facilitation styles to diverse client contexts
• Co‑create or localize training materials (if required) to suit regional audiences
• Join briefing or design calls with LSF and client teams as needed
• Adhere to project timelines and uphold LSF’s brand and delivery standards
• Offer post‑training inputs on participant feedback and learning effectiveness

• 5+ years of experience in corporate training, L&D, or organizational development
• Experience with strong facilitation techniques, i.e., experiential learning across all audience levels
• Prior experience in HR consulting or delivering programs across industries is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort with virtual as well as in‑person delivery
• Ability to work independently, meet timelines, and collaborate effectively with remote teams
• Comfortable working on flexible terms (assignment‑based with project scopes defined upfront)
• Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Miro, MS Teams is a plus

This is a project‑based consulting opportunity. Consulting partners will be engaged based on alignment with upcoming client requirements in Indonesia. Each project will have clearly defined deliverables, timelines, and fees. LSF Global will coordinate all logistics, briefings, and client touchpoints to ensure seamless collaboration.
