Area Channel Lead What will you do?
- Account Strategy & JBP:
Build and own Joint Business Plans with targets, portfolio priorities, pricing architecture, rebates/MDF, and milestones. - Commercial Negotiation:
Propose and negotiate programs within policy (rebates, MDF, stock commitments, payment terms proposals) with ROI logic. - Sales & Margin Delivery:
Drive sell‑in/sell‑out growth, mix optimization, profitability, and market share expansion across categories. - Demand & Inventory Governance:
Align forecasts, set min/max, manage NPI phase‑in/out, mitigate slow‑moving stock and OOS risks. - Cross‑Functional Orchestration:
Coordinate marketing, supply chain, pricing/finance, technical support, and legal for seamless execution. - Data, Claims & Compliance:
Reconcile sell‑in/out, track rebate accruals and claims, ensure policy compliance and audit readiness. - Digital Transformation:
Champion distributor of data partnerships, e‑commerce enablement, and adoption of digital sales tools. - Channel Health:
Anticipate and resolve channel conflicts; protect price integrity and coverage model.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field - Experience:
5–8+ years in key account/channel leadership managing large distributors with multi‑stakeholder engagement. - Skills:
Strategic account planning, complex negotiation, financial acumen (margin waterfall, rebate mechanics), data‑driven decisioning, executive communication, cross‑functional leadership. - Mindset:
Ownership, strategic thinking, governance discipline, partnership builder, change leadership.
