Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager who can take full ownership of a product, from defining the vision and product requirements to ensuring successful delivery and implementation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a lean team, building products end-to-end, and driving both product strategy and execution.

Own and manage a product module within our SAAS ecosystem

Translate business needs into clear product requirements from high-level PRD to detailed FSD

Define product scope, user flows, system logic, and product specifications

Work closely with design and engineering to ensure the product is built according to requirements

Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure product delivery aligns with business goals

Facilitate product discussions and support Agile/Scrum processes when needed

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure smooth product implementation

Monitor product performance and continuously improve features based on feedback and operational needs

Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner

Strong ability to define and document product requirements (PRD, FSD, workflows, logic)

Good understanding of Agile / Scrum framework and ability to work with sprint cycles

Able to manage product backlog, priorities, and cross-team collaboration

Comfortable working with complex or operational systems (SaaS / dashboards / operational tools)

Strong communication skills to bridge business, operations, and engineering teams

Able to coordinate product implementation and operational rollout

Understanding of APIs, dara models, and platform architecture is a plus

Experience in logistics, supply chain, ERP or other SAAS platform is a strong plus

High ownership and impact on product direction

Responsible for product definition and delivery

Not a purely documentation-only or coordination-only role

High ownership and visibility in product decisions
