Responsibilities

BP Consulting Group is seeking a Consultant to support business expansion and strategic growth initiatives across various industries and markets.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and strategic problem-solving capabilities who are passionate about helping companies identify growth opportunities, enter new markets, and improve business performance.

• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and business opportunity assessment
• Support strategic initiatives related to market expansion and business growth
• Analyze business performance, customer trends, and competitive landscapes
• Develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
• Monitor project performance, KPIs, and business impact
• Support client discussions, presentations, and strategic planning sessions

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related field
• Min. 3 years experience in Consulting or related roles/industry will be great
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced and project-based environments
• Experience in consulting, strategy, business development, or growth-related roles is preferred
• Familiarity with market research, business analysis, and strategic planning frameworks is a plus
• Structured and hypothesis-driven thinker
