Requirements- Portfolio of Results: We don't just want to see a showreel. We want to see creatives who made money or videos that went viral. (e.g., "This ad generated 3x ROAS," or "This video got 5M views").
- Copywriting Mastery: You understand that good design is useless without a powerful headline and script. You can write hooks that grab attention.
- Platform Native: You live and breathe Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and You Tube Shorts. You understand the nuances of each platform's algorithm.
- Leadership
Experience:
Proven experience in managing creative talent and keeping high morale under pressure. - The "Hustle": Willing to pick up a camera or write a script yourself if the situation demands it.
- Data Over Ego:
If an "ugly" ad converts better than a "beautiful" one, we run the ugly one. You must be willing to kill your darlings based on data. - Speed & Volume:
In the digital world, perfectionism is procrastination. We need high-volume testing of hooks, angles, and formats. - Thick Skin:
We dissect creatives brutally to improve them. You must be able to give and take direct feedback without getting emotional. - Trend Hunter:
You don't just watch Tik Tok; you analyze why it’s viral and adapt it to our brand instantly.
- Stop the Scroll:
Create viral, organic content that explodes our brand awareness. - Get the Click:
Architect high-converting ad creatives that drive direct sales (ROAS). - As you will lead our creative team (designers, videographers, editors) with a "Spartan Mentality" prioritizing speed, testing, and winning results over ego and aesthetic perfection.
A. Conversion Performance Marketing
- Ad Concept Ideation:
Develop winning angles, hooks, and scripts for Meta Ads (IG/FB) and Tik Tok Ads. - Creative Testing:
Lead the A/B testing strategy for creatives. Test different hooks, thumbnails, and calls-to-action. - Social Storytelling:
Architect the content pillars for our organic channels. Create content that makes the brand "sticky" in the audience's mind. - Newsjacking & Trends:
Spot rising trends/sounds/formats early and execute them with the team before the wave dies. - Community Resonance:
Ensure the content language speaks directly to our specific target market. - Team Command:
Manage the workflow of Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Content Creators. Ensure they deliver on time and on brief. - Quality Control:
You are the final gatekeeper. Nothing goes live unless it meets our standard of excellence and strategic intent.
