About the job Finance Business Partner/ Finance Lead

Description:
We are looking for a trusted finance business partner to join us in the Finance team at our Company in Indonesia. The position reports to the Group CFO of the company functionally and administratively to Sub-Regional Head - Indonesia
The right candidate for this role will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, financial aptitude, excellent business intuition, and the capability to work at multiple levels, including high-level strategy and day-to-day financial details. This candidate must effectively partner with all stakeholders and drive the team to meet the financial objectives set by the business
Job Responsibilities
- Contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business by challenging assumptions, supporting decision‑making, and providing financial analysis and guidance on activities, plans, targets, and business drivers.
- Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant, and scalable to support current activities and future growth.
- Lead, develop, and provide strategic guidance to the finance team.
- Produce monthly financial statements to ensure the organization has an up‑to‑date financial position to support decision‑making.
- Maintain control over all financial transactions and manage the company’s liquidity by coordinating with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the overall corporate reporting of the organizations financial position, including explanations for any variations.
- Collaborate with the Sub Regional Head and key stakeholders to address concerns and provide guidance for annual budget preparation.
- Provide high‑quality financial management information and professional advice to senior managers on financial and commercial matters.
- Foster strong relationships with peers, colleagues, and other key stakeholders to support business operations.
- Ensure the integrity and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis. Address issues and elevate action plans to the appropriate teams as necessary.
- Equip the reporting team with the necessary skills and tools to meet their deliverables. Motivate the team to provide advice and support of the highest professional standard.
Key
Skills and Qualifications
Required:
- CA with 10+ years of relevant experience in similar business partner‑oriented roles, focused on Management accounting / Financial Planning and Analysis
- Proven leadership skills and team leading potential
- Hands on experience with financial software (e.g. SAP, ABS)
- Articulate and concise with strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a complex and changing environment
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage tight deadlines
