On behalf of our client Asphalt & Bitumen Company that is looking to hire VP Finance position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Planning:
  Lead the development and execution of the companys long-term financial strategy, including financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  Analyze the companys financial performance through key financial metrics (e.g., profitability, cost management, ROI) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Financial Forecasting & Planning:
  Build robust financial forecasts using data-driven models, identifying risks and opportunities to inform business decision-making.
• Capital Allocation & Investment Strategy:
  Lead decisions related to capital allocation, ensuring efficient use of company resources for high-impact projects and work with business units to assess potential investments, bank collaboration and other corporate development initiatives.
• Strategic Business Partnerships:
  Partner with external stakeholders such as banks, investors, and strategic partners to support the companys financial strategy and funding needs.

Qualifications
:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in finance
• In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, investment analysis, and corporate finance principles.
• Proven track record in finance strategy and have experience in dealing with other parties such as bank, investor, etc.
