• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the growth of the Treasures Bancassurance portfolio within the Consumer Banking Group
• Collaborate with the Treasures Relationship Managers to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities
• Provide subject matter expertise and training to the Treasures Relationship Managers on bancassurance products and services
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and enhance the Treasures Bancassurance offering
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative bancassurance solutions

• Experience in the banking or insurance industry, with a focus on bancassurance
• Strong understanding of the Treasures customer segment and their financial needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
