Your work will help clients identify and reduce tax risks, ensure compliance, implement strategies, resolve disputes, and manage tax accounting and reporting.

- Pre‑engagement: assess risk procedures, lead project discussion, scope, fee calculation, timeline, and workload distribution.
- Engagement: lead client meetings, delegate tasks, mentor associates, coordinate data provision, lead regulatory research, review work, and facilitate information sharing.
- Post‑engagement: oversee activities, ensure compliance, analyze tax issues, and prepare memos and reports.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a GPA of at least 3.00/4.00.
- Five years or more of related experience in Surabaya and/or local tax affairs.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations.
- Brevet certification preferred.
- Excellent analytical and detail‑oriented skills.
- Team player, agile, adaptable, collaborative.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
