Controller, Finance and Accounting

Pandumining is looking for a disciplined and commercially minded Corporate Finance & Accounting Controller to anchor the financial backbone of our mining and logistics operations. This role owns the integrity of all financial reporting, cost control, and treasury functions — providing the Managing Director and Board with clear visibility into the company's financial health as we scale across Indonesia.

• Own end-to-end financial reporting: P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements in compliance with Indonesian GAAP (SAK)
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long‑range financial planning across mining and logistics divisions
• Monitor and control operational costs, including fleet maintenance, fuel, mining royalties, and contractor expenses
• Manage treasury operations: cash flow forecasting, working capital, and banking relationships
• Ensure full tax compliance (PPh, PPN) and coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
• Establish and enforce internal controls, financial policies, and audit‑readiness across all business units
• Provide financial analysis and scenario modelling to support CAPEX decisions and fleet investments
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing cycles

• Minimum 10 years in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a Controller or senior finance leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP (SAK) and tax regulations (PPh, PPN, transfer pricing)
• Experience in mining, heavy industry, logistics, or manufacturing sectors is strongly preferred
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP); advanced Excel skills required
• Demonstrated experience managing external audits and working with tax consultants
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA, CA, or CMA certification is a strong advantage
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English for financial reporting
• High integrity, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced operational environment
