Finance Accounting Tax Manager - Mandarin Speaker (East Java)

Our client is a well‑established manufacturing company with a strong market presence and ambitious expansion plans. They are currently seeking an experienced Mandarin‑speaking Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to lead their finance team and strengthen financial governance within the organization.

• Lead and oversee the overall Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning, and financial analysis to support business decision‑making.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and compliance with prevailing regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and relevant government authorities.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve internal controls, financial processes, and reporting systems.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management to the finance team while fostering a collaborative working environment.
• Work closely with local and overseas stakeholders, including Mandarin‑speaking counterparts, on financial matters and business initiatives.
• Support management with strategic recommendations based on financial insights and operational performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 2 years in a managerial or assistant managerial capacity.
• Prior experience within the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, cash‑flow management, and internal control practices.
• Demonstrated people‑management and leadership capabilities, with experience leading and developing teams.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willing to be based in East Java.
