** Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. ** Responsibilities
* ** Provide exceptional client service and support to Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients within the Institutional Banking Group
* Assist in the onboarding and account maintenance processes for SME clients, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall client experience
* Proactively identify and address client needs, offering tailored solutions and recommendations
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the Client Services team
** Requirements
* ** Have experience in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide practical solutions
* Proficient in the use of relevant banking and client relationship management systems
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of team goals
