Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. • Provide exceptional client service and support to Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients within the Institutional Banking Group
• Assist in the onboarding and account maintenance processes for SME clients, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall client experience
• Proactively identify and address client needs, offering tailored solutions and recommendations
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records and documentation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the Client Services team

• Have experience in a client‑facing role within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide practical solutions
• Proficient in the use of relevant banking and client relationship management systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of team goals
