Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service and support to Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients within the Institutional Banking Group
- Assist in the onboarding and account maintenance processes for SME clients, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall client experience
- Proactively identify and address client needs, offering tailored solutions and recommendations
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records and documentation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the Client Services team
- Have experience in a client‑facing role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide practical solutions
- Proficient in the use of relevant banking and client relationship management systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of team goals
