We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join in Surabaya, East Java on a fulltime basis. This is a strategic leadership position that will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction and long-term success of the organisation. As Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving strategic financial planning, and ensuring robust financial governance across the company.

This role offers the opportunity to influence organisational strategy at the highest level and lead a talented finance team towards ambitious business objectives.

• Developing and implementing comprehensive financial strategies that align with corporate objectives and support sustainable business growth
• Overseeing the preparation and management of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Leading financial planning and analysis activities to identify cost optimisation opportunities and improve financial performance
• Managing financial reporting, accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Directing and supervising the finance team, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities
• Providing strategic financial advice to senior management and the board on investment decisions, capital allocation, and business opportunities
• Establishing and maintaining effective internal financial controls and risk management frameworks
• Managing stakeholder relationships, including banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other financial partners
• Monitoring cash flow management, treasury operations, and optimising working capital
• Driving process improvements and implementing financial systems and technologies to enhance operational efficiency

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a senior financial management or finance director role
• Strong expertise in financial strategy, planning, and analysis within a corporate or complex organisational environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK), tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements
• Proven experience in managing and leading finance teams, with demonstrated capability in talent development and team motivation
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems and accounting software, with experience in implementing new financial systems and technologies
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial information to senior executives and board members
• A proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving cost efficiencies within financial operations
• Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, and compliance frameworks
• Professional accounting qualifications such as CA (Chartered Accountant) or equivalent recognised certification preferred
• Experience working with multi-functional teams and collaborating across different departments to achieve organisational goals
