Head of Finance

Role Description

The Head of Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya, responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy and daily financial operations. This role manages the preparation and review of financial statements, oversees budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensures accurate and timely financial reporting in line with regulatory and internal requirements. The Head of Finance leads the finance team, monitors cash flow, controls costs, and supports strategic decision-making through financial analysis and performance reviews.

The role collaborates closely with senior leadership on investment planning, risk management, and business expansion initiatives, while maintaining strong relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.

• Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge and experience in corporate financial management and governance.
• Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in Budgeting and financial planning, with the ability to manage forecasts and cost controls.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
• Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
• Proven experience in finance leadership role, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide and develop a finance team.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax requirements.
