Responsibilities
- Lead tim Finance & Accounting (Surabaya base).
- Kelola laporan keuangan bulanan & tahunan secara akurat.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, dan audit internal.
- Pastikan operasional finance berjalan efektif & efisien.
- Memimpin tim untuk mencapai KPI departemen.
- Berikan analisis & insight finansial kepada manajemen.
- Jaga kepatuhan pajak perusahaan 100%.
- Kerja terstruktur di bawah deadline ketat.
- Min. 3 thn pengalaman sebagai Finance Manager.
- Wajib mahir software Accurate.
- Paham pajak (Brevet A/B diutamakan).
- Leadership kuat, teliti, dan jujur.
