Assistant Relationship Manager (Surabaya)

Assist in carrying out financing, risk mitigation and insurance business activities, including business planning, execution, and development, to achieve LPEI’s business targets.

Process administration related to business proposal submissions.

Assist in collecting financial and other required information on (prospective) customers.

Maintain good relationships with customers.

Support RM in monitoring customer business activities, fulfillment of obligations and financing requirements, including taking preventive actions in case of declining business performance.

Assist RM in preparing financing collectability assessments and objective evidence analyses, including individual CKPN calculations and maintaining financing collectability with related units.

Carry out departmental administrative activities in accordance with applicable internal and external regulations.

Assist in activities related to the use/utilization of customer facilities.

Ensure achievement of individual targets.

Carry out all operational activities in accordance with applicable good corporate governance principles.

Assist in fulfilling audit follow-up actions.

Perform other tasks as required by the institution and/or instructions from superiors.

Minimum graduate from any reputable university. Post-graduation will be an added advantage

At least 2 years of experience in banking and/or financial institutions

Very good analysis, interpersonal, and communication skills to work with the team and different stakeholders

Hold Risk Management Certification Level 1 (will be an added advantage)
