Pt Glori Investama Surabaya is seeking a Senior Management Trainee to join our Surabaya office on a full-time, on-site basis. You will participate in structured training programs covering financial markets, brokerage operations, risk management, and client service.
The role involves assisting senior leaders with data analysis, report preparation, and performance tracking for futures, forex, and derivatives, plus rotating across departments to prepare for future leadership responsibilities.
